We were delighted when Sarah wrote us this message to let us know about their weeks stay at the new Lodge:
A huge thank you to The Knights Foundation for the opportunity to stay in the newly opened luxury lodge.
The last 3 months have been really tough for our family but more so for Asher who has undergone lots of tests after numerous visits to our local hospital and a weeks stay in a hospital in London. The lodge gave us the break and distraction we needed from our current difficulties.
When we first walked into the lodge we were blown away with the space, for a family with a wheelchair user its needed. We loved the decor and how all the rooms were kitted out. Have access to a wetroom whilst on holiday is very rare so being able to shower our son using his shower sling was amazing.
After treating ourselves dinner at the onsite club we settled down to a DVD and put on the fire.
To sum up our stay the Lodge made us feel special.
