Thank you to everyone who attended the Networking event today at Portesbery School in Deepcut, this truly was a remarkable day and one that will stay with us in the memory books! We were lucky to have some wonderful speakers for the event with the likes of Nathan Aspinall from Portesbery School, Adam Sage from Knights Training Academy, Laurie Hale from Your Image and of course the wonderful Mums who bravely spoke to us about their children and how much it means to them having us as a Charity involved in their lives.
We were thrilled to be able to present little Ayaan with his new ‘Chilli bean’ posture chair which is for use at home, something which really will change their everyday lives. This fabulous piece of equipment will give Ayaan a comfy chair in his home where he can sit and relax, whilst still being propped up in a good position – something completely different to the current support chairs that he has in his home which are hard and supportive, and unfortunately cause sores due to sitting for long periods of time in them. His lovely Mum brought us all to tears explaining about how much this chair would change their lives – this is why we do what we do…
