Children of Courage Awards

We are pleased to announce that the Children of Courage Awards will be held at Warbrook House in Eversley, on the evening of Friday 16 November 2018

The individual Nominations are now open

Outstanding bravery In recognition of a child who has overcome extreme adversity in their own life or the life of someone close to them.

Fundraiser In recognition of a child who has exceeded all expectations in raising money for a good cause, however large or small the amount.

Sporting Achievement In recognition of a child who has excelled, considerably improved or whose life has been enhanced due to their participation in their chosen sport.

Local Business In recognition of a local business that has supported and made a difference to children within our community.

Young Role Model This award is for an individual or group under the age of 16 who have gone to great lengths to improve the community around them. This could include being a great advocate for their school or community group, the area they live in and what the youth of today should be.

Special Recognition In recognition of individuals who the judging panel consider to be Pride of their community, but whose achievements do not fit into other categories.

Young Carer In recognition of a child who has gone above and beyond their role as a carer.

Community Charity/Fundraiser In recognition of a local charity or fundraising group that has gone above and beyond that which is expected supporting children within the community.

Champion Mum or Dad This is to recognise mums and dads in the region who truly are champion! This could be a mum, dad or foster parent who have exceeded all that's expected of a parent.

Inspirational Child A child who has kept smiling against all odds in coping with or overcoming serious illness or exceptional health needs.

All Nominations are to be submitted by close of play Friday 14 September 2018
